Ada Romero - Master Chocolatier
After a career in banking and finance, Ada Romero decided to change her life. On a trip to her native country Venezuela, she decided to visit cacao plantations to experience the process involved in transforming cacao beans into chocolate. This opened the door to her passion for the wonderful world of cacao and chocolate.
After following several trainings in the field of chocolate in Venezuela, she defined the characteristics that distinguish her; passion for authentic flavours and a sublime aesthetic of simplicity. She then began to perfect her chocolate techniques in Spain, Netherlands and the USA; always seeking to acquire new knowledge to offer avant-garde products of excellent quality.
In 2015 she founded her company Hada's Chocolates. Through her creations and courses, she wants to share her passion for cacao and chocolate, and to promote Venezuelan cacao and chocolate inside and outside Europe by means of commercial alliances.

Among our specialties we find chocolate bars, bonbons, chocolate snacks and creams. We also offer couverture chocolate for professional users.
